Job summary

This role acts as a primary liaison with internal/external stakeholders and ensures timely delivery of program submissions.

Responsibilities include developing program plans, monitoring progress, creating dashboards, and presenting trends to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of related experience; master's preferred.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in quality improvement, accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and vendor management abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare/health insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex programs and ensure end-to-end performance and compliance.
• Lead program planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting to stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and present trends to executive management.
• Collaborate with Quality Measurement and cross-functional teams.
• Manage vendor, auditor, and regulator relationships.
