Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc is seeking a Program Manager to oversee complex programs and provide end-to-end operational and technical solutioning across accreditation, regulatory, member experience and performance initiatives.

The role serves as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, guiding project scope, timelines and dashboards, and ensuring timely submissions and continuous improvement in a fast-paced health plan environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience; master's preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience; PMI/PMP preferred.
• Applied knowledge of quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of statistics and survey design is preferred.
• Experience with vendor management and enterprise applications.
• Healthcare/health insurance industry knowledge and regulatory familiarity.

• Oversees day-to-day operations to ensure program compliance and timelines.
• Communicates with stakeholders across levels to review scope and progress.
• Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports program activities.

• Builds cross-functional teams and manages multi-project portfolios.
• Manages vendor/auditor/regulator relationships and evidence submissions.
• Provides governance for program teams and session planning.
