Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.
• Applied knowledge of quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead elevated program management duties focusing on measures and outcomes.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure program standards compliance.
• Plan, schedule, monitor and report on program activities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track progress and impact.
• Engage with stakeholders and committees to present status and findings.
• Oversee vendor, auditor and regulator relationships as needed.
