Job summary
Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc seeks a Program Manager to lead complex programs with an end-to-end approach to quality, accreditation, CMS/DOH compliance, and improving member experience and health plan performance. You will coordinate multiple projects, develop program plans and dashboards, present to executives, and build collaborative relationships across departments.
A bachelor's degree and 5+ years' related experience are required; PMI/PMP is preferred; some travel may be
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience; PMI/PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with quality improvement, accreditation and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of CMS/DOH requirements is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manages multiple programs and ensures timely delivery.
- Develops and monitors program plans and dashboards.
- Coordinates with internal/external stakeholders and committees.
- Oversees vendor/auditor/regulator relationships.
- Plans and reports on program economics and budgets.
