Job summary

SupportWorks Housing seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator for the SSVF program to perform rigorous quality control and ensure regulatory compliance. The role focuses on file reviews, audits, and implementing corrective actions to uphold funding requirements.

Ideal candidates have project management and QA experience, plus familiarity with SSVF regulations. Local travel with a valid VA driver’s license is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with regulatory standards required.
• Experience in project management and/or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of and experience with the SSVF program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality control reviews and participant file audits.
• Perform daily audits on direct tenant assistance requests.
• Develop and deliver compliance training for staff.
• Coordinate with third-party auditors and address findings.
• Maintain comprehensive records of audits and corrective actions.
• Regularly review program standards to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Assist in creating checklists and ensure policy adherence.
