Job summary

Volunteers of America Mid-States seeks a Program Support Coordinator to serve as the in-house QA and compliance support for Developmental Disabilities Services. You will coordinate, maintain, and monitor program and personnel records to ensure Kentucky SCL waiver, DIDD regulations, and COA CRR standards are met.

You will collaborate with leadership and HR to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, current, and audit-ready, and you will help staff remain trained, credentialed, and compliant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Coursework in office administration, human services, health services administration, or compliance preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, databases, and electronic record systems.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Satisfactory criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the QA support for files for programs under the SCL waiver.
• Ensure records meet DIDD documentation standards and COA CRR requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready records with proper approvals.
