Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) is seeking a Senior Pursuit Coordinator in a hybrid role to lead and support high-value A/E/C pursuits from kickoff to submission. You will shape messaging, win strategies, and collaborate with leadership to deliver competitive submissions.

Strong Adobe InDesign and CRM proficiency, plus 8+ years of pursuit experience, are essential. You will mentor staff, manage multiple pursuits with aggressive deadlines, and engage with technical leadership to differentiate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of A/E/C proposal/pursuit experience.
• Proven experience leading large, complex proposals.
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and proposal processes.
• Experience contributing to pursuit strategy and positioning.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage pursuit efforts, including large, complex, high-profile opportunities (e.g., major infrastructure, pursuits exceeding $100M)
• Direct all phases of the pursuit lifecycle from strategy development to final submission
• Develop and implement pursuit strategies, win themes, and messaging frameworks
• Facilitate pursuit planning meetings and reviews
• Collaborate with technical leadership to shape approaches and differentiate submissions
• Oversee proposal development for compliance, quality, and alignment
• Lead proposal production, including layout, graphics, and final delivery
• Manage multiple pursuits with competing priorities and deadlines
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools
• Support business development with market research and positioning
• Represent JMT at conferences to network and promote initiatives
