Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) is a dynamic ESOP-owned engineering and multidisciplinary firm seeking a Senior Pursuit Coordinator to lead multi-disciplinary proposals, shaping strategy and win themes for the assigned region.

You will manage the full lifecycle of pursuits from kickoff to submission, mentor staff, and collaborate with leadership to deliver high-quality, compliant bids in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the regional Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of A/E/C proposal/pursuit experience.
• Experience leading large, complex proposals and managing multiple concurrent proposals.
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and proposal processes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pursuits, including large, complex, high-profile opportunities exceeding $100M.
• Direct all phases of the pursuit lifecycle from strategy development to final submission.
• Develop and implement pursuit strategies, win themes, and messaging frameworks.
• Facilitate pursuit planning meetings and coordinate with capture, kickoff, and reviews.
