Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Senior Pursuit Coordinator to lead and support high-value proposals across our regional market. You will shape messaging, win strategy, and collaborate with leadership to deliver competitive submissions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in A/E/C proposal development, strong Adobe InDesign skills, and a track record of guiding large, complex pursuits under tight deadlines. This role offers a hybrid schedule with office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of A/E/C proposal/pursuit experience.
• Proven experience leading large, complex proposals.
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and proposal processes.
• Experience contributing to pursuit strategy and positioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pursuits, including large, complex, high-profile opportunities.
• Direct all phases of the pursuit lifecycle, from strategy development to final submission.
• Develop and implement pursuit strategies, win themes, and messaging frameworks.
• Facilitate pursuit planning meetings, including capture, kickoff, and reviews.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to shape approaches and differentiate submissions.
• Oversee proposal development, ensuring compliance, quality, and strategic alignment.
