Qualifications

• University Hire with 1–2 years of experience or 5–6 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with Engineering to assist in material requisition processes.
• Forms bid packages, issues bid requests, coordinates bidder questions, and receives proposals.
• Prepares Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations to award.
• Prepares and commits purchase orders within authority.
• Communicates with suppliers and Bechtel personnel to define requirements and ensure supplier performance.
• Identifies and secures agreement on purchase order changes.
