Job summary

Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. You will lead a team and supervise superintendents and craft professionals, coordinating subcontract work, schedules, and resources to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget project execution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10–17 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in large-scale industrial construction, strong leadership, and deep ES&H and contract-management knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years total experience.
• Extensive experience in large-scale industrial or M&T construction projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, planning, scheduling, and execution processes.
• Deep knowledge of ES&H requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing subcontract performance, commercial risks, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Direct craft activities and supervise superintendents and craft professionals.
• Coordinate subcontract work activities and team development to meet schedules.
• Ensure tools, policies, safety rules, and procedures are followed on site.
• Oversee design document usage, changes, and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with field engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
