Job summary

Bechtel Corporation leads the Bechtel Manufacturing & Technology team on a new semiconductor mega project in New Albany, Ohio. The role directs craft professionals, schedules work, coordinates subcontract activities, and maintains safety and quality standards across the site.

The candidate will oversee craft labor, ensure adherence to drawings and schedules, and manage budgets and lookahead planning with a focus on ZERO Accident philosophy and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 8–10 years of relevant experience
• Alternatively 12–14 years of relevant work experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, monitoring and control

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on the project
• Direct craft activities and coordinate subcontract work and team development
• Ensure compliance with project policies, procedures and safety rules while meeting schedules and budgets
• Monitor craft time records and conformance to drawings and specifications
