Segra is seeking a qualified and experienced Manager, Purchasing to join our team in a full-time hybrid role in Dallas, Texas. The position leads the indirect purchasing team and oversees day-to-day purchasing operations for indirect goods and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Supply chain and purchasing experience, preferably with indirect goods and services.
• Hands-on experience with D365 or a similar ERP system.
• Prior people leadership, team lead, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the indirect purchasing team and manage daily purchasing operations.
• Oversee PO and blanket order management, supplier relationships, and sourcing support.
• Ensure invoice discrepancies are escalated and purchasing policies audited.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain.
• Leverage ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, to enable procurement processes.
