Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Public Sector Solutions Marketing Lead to architect and drive government marketing across federal, state/local, and international audiences. You will craft positioning for Claude as a trusted AI partner and coordinate with sales, product, partnerships, and communications to bring launches and campaigns to market.

You will own sector-specific messaging, develop demand programs, and collaborate on executive thought leadership while addressing policy makers and public sector

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 2 years marketing software to public sector and federal audiences
• Experience with government buyers and procurement dynamics
• Background in enterprise sales enablement in complex/regulatory industries
• Track record building marketing programs from scratch at growth-stage companies

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market for public sector product launches and MCP integrations
• Own messaging and positioning for government audiences
• Enable sales with campaigns, content, and assets
• Develop and execute comprehensive Public Sector marketing strategy across federal, state/local, defense, and regulatory bodies
