Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Public Sector to drive adoption of Claude across national security workloads. You will work onsite in Washington, DC, guiding deployment, enablement, and renewal while maintaining high safety and discretion standards.

You will partner with Sales, Applied AI, Product, Engineering, and Policy to translate mission requirements into success plans, measuring value with guidance from security and accreditation officials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Consultant.
• Experience driving consumption-based products and measuring adoption when direct telemetry is limited.
• Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales advisor through deployment, enablement, renewal, and expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with AI leadership, platform teams, security, and mission operators.
• Coordinate with cleared cloud providers and system integrators to drive customer success.
