Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Arizona to drive sales and strategic account planning for public safety customers. You will manage relationships with key decision-makers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and position Motorola’s radio, video, software, and emerging tech solutions.

The role emphasizes travel up to 50% in Arizona, strong C-level collaboration, and development of long-term strategic opportunities within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, military, public safety experience.
• OR 8+ years of sales, military, public safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers in public safety.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for target accounts/geography.
• Coordinate a diverse team of internal & external resources to assess customer needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to influence technology platform decisions.
• Proactively develop large project opportunities across products and services.
• Engage channel partners to sell Motorola products and services.
• Engage Motorola executive sponsors to build strategic relationships.
• Develop procurement vehicles for multiple solutions.
