Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager in Findlay / Toledo East, OH. You will lead promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales strategies with clinical knowledge to drive performance.

You will develop account plans, build internal and external relationships, and navigate reimbursement dynamics while complying with industry regulations. Candidates should live within 40 miles of the territory and travel up to 30-40% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.

• Selling: deliver clear messages, probe needs, handle objections, and close with action.
• Customer Development: build productive relationships based on needs and goals.
• Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: validate market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge.
• Reimbursement: stay informed on payer dynamics and access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: adhere to policies and FDA regulations.
