Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to lead promotion of our psychiatry portfolio in the Findlay/Toledo East, OH region. You will execute sales and marketing strategies with clinical knowledge to drive performance.

The role requires 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, territory coverage within 40 miles, and strong communication. Travel up to 30–40% is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package and annual salary in the six-figure range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must score highly on disease and product training exams, including yearly certification.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is required; valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Business planning and account leadership using data-driven insights to maximize sales performance.
• Selling messages clearly and close calls with a commitment to action.
• Build and maintain productive internal/external relationships based on customer needs.
• Gather market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
• Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
