Job summary

Luye Pharma USA Ltd is seeking a Psychiatric Account Manager to build relationships with leading psychiatrists, CMHCs, and hospital systems across MA, RI, NH and surrounding areas. The territory includes Massachusetts, Providence, RI, Nashua and Manchester, NH.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Marketing, and Field colleagues, deliver clinical brand presentations, manage territory plans, and ensure compliant execution of brand strategies across this New England region.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
• Psychiatric experience required; schizophrenia knowledge preferred.
• CMHC or Hospital/Institutional account management experience preferred.
• Strong relationships within geography; proven sales results.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with experts and stakeholders in target accounts.
• Sell in a complex matrixed environment with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with field colleagues to support customers in geography.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
• Manage territory budget and plan actions for regular coverage.
• Execute brand strategy and complete administrative tasks on time.
