Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Account Partner / Account Partner Director for Manufacturing to own the Professional Services relationship across strategic accounts.

This quota-bearing role drives PS pipeline, shapes engagement strategy, and closes services deals while aligning customer goals with Salesforce PS offerings, including AI initiatives. You will work with License Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery to deliver a coordinated “One Salesforce” approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/agentic transformation pursuits with Salesforce platform experience.
• Proven success selling or delivering Professional Services in Salesforce ecosystem or GSI.
• Trusted advisor with track record of expanding customer relationships and bookings.
• Strong forecasting discipline and executive-level engagement.
• Ability to coordinate across sales, delivery, product, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings and pipeline growth for strategic accounts, forecast and close.
• Coordinate end-to-end relationships across Customer Success, License Sales, and Delivery.
• Build executive credibility with senior stakeholders to drive transformation strategy.
• Identify and close Professional Services opportunities including implementation.
• Align across License Sales, Product/Solution, and Customer Success to pursue unified accounts.
• Identify risks and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Pursue expansion within existing accounts and grow services revenue.
• Advocate for customer resources and solutions to drive success.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturing trends and Salesforce capabilities.
