Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Account Partner / Account Partner Director, Professional Services — Manufacturing to own the PS relationship for strategic manufacturing accounts.

You will drive PS pipeline growth, shape engagement strategy, and close services deals while ensuring customer goals align with Salesforce PS offerings including AI initiatives. You will collaborate with License Sales, Customer Success, Solution/Delivery, and executive leadership to deliver a coordinated “One Salesforce”

Qualifications

• Experience leading agentic/AI, customer experience, digitization, or sales/service/marketing transformation pursuits with rapid AI-driven outcomes.
• Salesforce ecosystem or GSI experience preferred; selling and/or delivering Professional Services.
• Trusted advisor with a track record of exceeding bookings/quota targets and coordinating across teams.

Responsabilités

• Own bookings and pipeline growth for strategic manufacturing accounts; drive strategy and closing to hit quota.
• Lead end-to-end customer relationship across Sales, Delivery, and Success teams.
• Build executive credibility with senior stakeholders to shape transformation strategy and AI initiatives.
• Identify, qualify, and close PS opportunities including implementation and advisory engagements.
• Coordinate across License Sales, Product/Solution, and Customer Success to run unified account pursuits.
• Spot risks in active engagements and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with delivery leadership.
• Identify expansion opportunities to deepen Salesforce footprint and grow services revenue.
• Represent the voice of the customer to prioritize resources and solutions.
