Leadout Capital is seeking a Sr. Account Partner / Account Partner Director, Professional Services — Manufacturing, to lead strategic PS relationships for manufacturing accounts.

You will drive pipeline growth, shape engagement, and close services deals while aligning customer goals with Salesforce PS offerings, including AI and agentic initiatives. Qualificações

• Experience leading AI-driven or digitization transformation initiatives with a bias to rapid outcome delivery.
• Proven Salesforce PS sales/delivery experience or in a Salesforce ecosystem/GSIs.
• Trusted advisor mindset with a track record of expanding customer relationships and bookings.
• Strong sales process discipline: forecasting, deal progression, and executive engagement.
• Ability to coordinate across sales, delivery, product, and customer success in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to chart digital/AI transformation roadmaps with credible technology insight.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Own bookings and pipeline growth for strategic accounts, driving strategy and closing PS deals.
• Lead end-to-end customer relationships across Salesforce units to deliver a unified account plan.
• Build executive credibility with senior stakeholders to shape transformation strategies.
• Identify, qualify, and close Professional Services opportunities including implementation and advisory engagements.
• Coordinate across Sales, Product/Solution, Delivery, and Customer Success to align on pursuits.
• Spot risks early and partner with delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify expansion opportunities to deepen Salesforce footprint and grow services revenue.
• Represent the voice of the customer to resources and prioritization decisions.
• Maintain current knowledge of manufacturing trends and Salesforce capabilities (AI, Data Cloud, Agentforce).
