You will partner across License Sales, Customer Success, Solution/Delivery, and executive leadership to deliver a coordinated One Salesforce

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI, agentic transformation projects and customer experience initiatives.
• Proven ability to exceed bookings/quota targets in Professional Services engagements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, delivery, product, and success teams.

Responsibilities

• Own PS bookings and pipeline growth on strategic accounts to hit quota.
• Lead end-to-end customer relationship across sales, success, and delivery.
• Build executive credibility with senior stakeholders to drive transformation.
• Identify and close Professional Services opportunities including implementations.
• Coordinate across License Sales, Product/Solution, and Customer Success teams to run unified account pursuits.
• Proactively spot risk across active engagements and ensure on-time/on-budget delivery.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to grow PS revenue.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for resources and solutions.
• Maintain current understanding of manufacturing industry trends and Salesforce platform capabilities.
