• Identify and close Professional Services opportunities, including advisory engagements.
• Align across License Sales, Product/Solution, and CS for a unified account pursuit.
• Proactively spot risk and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify expansion opportunities to grow services revenue.
• Represent the voice of the customer to secure resources and priorities.
• Maintain current knowledge of manufacturing trends and Salesforce capabilities.
