Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Account Partner / Account Partner Director, Professional Services - Manufacturing.
You will own the PS relationship for a portfolio of strategic manufacturing accounts, drive bookings, pipeline growth, and shape engagement strategy with executives to deliver a coordinated One Salesforce approach. You’ll collaborate with License Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to expand services, manage risk, and align AI and agentic initiatives with customer goals.
Qualifications
- Experience leading AI-driven transformation efforts with rapid delivery.
- Experience selling and/or delivering Professional Services in a Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven ability as a trusted advisor and strategic services seller.
- Strong forecasting, deal progression, and executive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own bookings and pipeline growth for strategic accounts.
- Coordinate end-to-end customer relationships across teams.
- Build executive credibility with senior stakeholders to shape strategy.
- Drive identification and closure of Professional Services opportunities.
- Coordinate across License Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- Proactively spot risk and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally.
- Maintain knowledge of manufacturing trends and Salesforce capabilities.
