Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Manager of Provider Compensation and Contracting to lead a high-performing team responsible for analyzing and implementing provider compensation models. You will ensure accurate processing of provider compensation, resolve contract issues, and guide analytics, monitoring, and policy compliance.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives in compensation and contracting, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure fair market value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or operational analysis.
• Experience communicating with leadership, staff, and providers to educate and align on compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department overseeing provider compensation assessments, analysis, and model implementation.
• Ensure accurate processing of provider compensation and promptly resolve contract or compensation issues.
• Manage Provider Compensation Administration, Analytics, and Monitoring teams.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives related to provider compensation and contracting.
• Oversee policy and procedure implementation with compliance to regulatory standards, fair market value, and audit requirements.
