Job summary

El Camino Health Medical Network in Santa Clara County is seeking a Senior Provider Contracting & Compensation Analyst to join our growing healthcare team. You will design, analyze, and administer provider compensation models and support contract development and negotiations.

This role collaborates with Finance, Physician Relations, Compliance, and Operations leadership to ensure compensation structures align with market benchmarks, regulatory requirements, and the organization's goals for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a work-related field.
At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in physician contracting and compensation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

Assists with development and administration of provider contracts and employment agreements.
Assists with Physician Compensation Plans and management.
Analyzes incentive plans and tracks goals and benchmarks.
Oversees CME and call coverage agreements; tracks related payments.
Ensures FMV evaluation and analysis of compensation agreements.
Liaises with Finance, HR and Payroll on compensation changes.
