You will design, administer, analyze, and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and employment models in collaboration with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• MBA or MHA preferred.
• AAPCP Certification preferred.
• FACHE preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in HR/compensation, medical group operations, healthcare strategy, or healthcare finance.

Responsibilities

• Administer physician and APP compensation plans.
• Interpret compensation plans for leaders and providers.
• Model and validate compensation.
• Partner with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate payment.
• Maintain compensation policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze national, regional, and specialty-specific compensation benchmarks.
• Monitor changes in provider employment trends.
