Job summary

The role involves analyzing, redlining, negotiating, and issuing contracts, collaborating with Legal, Sourcing, Risk, and Business teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 0-2 years procurement experience
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement systems (Ariba or SAP)
- Microsoft Project experience and knowledge of online procurement platforms preferred
Responsibilities
- Review, redline, negotiate, and issue contracts
- Collaborate with Legal, Sourcing, Risk, and Business teams
- Serve as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Possibly exercise signature authority within guidelines
- Contract consolidation, management, and retention of NA Indirect contracts
- Define master agreements and review SOW templates
- Identify and implement process improvements
