Job summary

Well Care Health is seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to support contracting and reimbursement efforts. Under the supervision of the Director, Contracting & Reimbursement, you will assist in establishing and maintaining payor and vendor contracts and help execute the organization’s annual payor strategy.

Your role includes ensuring timely credentialing with Medicare/Medicaid and maintaining required licenses, while coordinating with internal teams to align contracts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in contract drafting and/or negotiation preferred.
• Home health experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with establishing and maintaining payor and vendor contracts.
• Assist in executing annual payor strategy.
• Ensure timely payor credentialing and compliance with Medicare, PECOS, NPPES, SoS, and state licenses.
• Prepare documentation for entering new service areas and communicating payor changes to vendors.
• Maintain contract tracker and Contract Management tools; support Payor Alignment Meetings.
