Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Provider Communications Lead to plan, develop, and manage provider-facing publications and communications supporting Medicaid program operations, provider education, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

You will translate complex policies into clear materials, collaborate with partners, manage calendars, and support outreach through training materials, webinars, and presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing professional communications or related content in healthcare.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Experience translating complex healthcare, regulatory, or policy information into clear communications.
• Experience developing provider-facing publications and communications campaigns.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare policy, and managed care.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, edit, and publish provider communications (newsletters, bulletins, alerts, policy updates, educational materials).
• Translate complex healthcare policies into clear, actionable communications for providers.
• Collaborate with partners and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, timely materials.
• Manage publication schedules, calendars, content, reviews, and approval workflows.
• Support outreach and education via written content, presentations, webinars, and training materials.
