Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Professional Field Representative to support Wisconsin Medicaid providers remotely. The role partners with providers and stakeholders to educate, resolve issues, and improve operational guidance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Medicaid/Medicare or government health programs, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. Remote work with flexible hours and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Medicaid/Medicare/government health programs.
• 2+ years with healthcare providers, provider relations or managed care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with providers.
• Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience resolving escalated operational or provider issues.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and resolve complex provider issues.
• Educate and train providers through one-on-one support.
• Learn and apply contract policies and procedures.
• Support escalated provider issues with coordination across teams.
• Document, analyze, and validate business processes and workflows.
• Build strong provider relationships to ensure service quality.
