Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Professional Field Representative to support Wisconsin Medicaid providers. This role serves as a key liaison for provider education, issue resolution, and operational support, partnering with providers and stakeholders to research and resolve complex issues while delivering training on policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, or government healthcare programs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with healthcare providers, provider relations, provider services, healthcare operations, or managed care environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for educating, presenting and communicating with providers and stakeholders.
• Solid project management, organizational, research, analytical, and problem-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize duties, and make good business decisions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Wisconsin Medicaid providers and stakeholders to research, analyze, and resolve complex operational or claims-related issues.
• Educate and train providers and stakeholders through one-on-one support and guidance sessions.
• Learn and apply contract policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure accurate support and resolution.
• Support escalated provider issues by researching concerns and coordinating with internal teams with timely follow-up.
• Document, analyze, and validate business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
• Build strong provider relationships while supporting service quality and customer satisfaction.
