Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Publications leader to oversee the development, review, and publication of provider communications for the Medi-Cal Providers Website. You will serve as SME on publication standards, content strategy, and policy communications.

You will guide the Publications team, manage complex projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality policy content.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience writing, editing, developing publications and policy communications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, English, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional and content management tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex documentation projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and project management skills with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day guidance to Publications team members as SME for processes and standards.
• Resolve complex operational issues and escalate as needed.
• Partner with supervisors and leaders to monitor KPIs and support WFM and invoicing activities.
• Balance team priorities, distribute workload, and ensure publication timelines are met.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training and cross-training efforts.
• Lead project scopes and timelines, coordinate resources, ensure contractual deadlines.
• Act as primary contact for complex policy and system change communications with stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Manage multiple high-priority publication projects and maintain best practices.
