Gainwell Technologies Wisconsin is seeking a Professional Field Representative to support Wisconsin Medicaid providers as a key liaison for education, issue resolution, and operational support.

This role partners with providers and stakeholders to research and resolve complex issues, deliver training on policies, and ensure clear, timely communication across teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Medicaid/Medicare or government healthcare experience.
• Minimum of 2 years working with healthcare providers in provider relations or managed care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, research, and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Research, analyze, and resolve complex operational or claims-related issues.
• Educate and train providers and stakeholders through guidance sessions.
• Apply contract policies and procedures to ensure accurate support.
• Support escalated provider issues and coordinate with internal teams.
