Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking a dynamic ProServe Account Executive to drive new customer engagements in IT strategy, cloud architecture, and hybrid operations. You will own customer relationships, define business outcomes, and secure SOW sign-offs while ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes.

You will leverage your experience in technology/services sales, CRM proficiency, and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology sales or account management experience.
• 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with hunting new business focus.
• Experience with sales targets, business development, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development by engaging customers and driving high-value engagements.
• Win net new customer logos.
• Collaborate with AWS Global Sales for a coordinated approach to key accounts.
• Create proposals, secure SOW sign-off, and ensure delivery of projects.
• Monitor ongoing projects to deliver customer business outcomes and maximize revenue.
• Advocate for customers while balancing AWS objectives.
