Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants is seeking a Proposal & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role supports North America West with compliant, persuasive submittals—proposals, SOQs, and marketing content—and can be remote, hybrid, or in-office.

Key responsibilities include coordinating proposals, drafting content, and supporting campaign efforts while collaborating with engineers, scientists, and marketing peers. The position emphasizes initiative and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field with 4+ years in AEC industry (or equivalent).
• Progressive experience leading proposal teams, and strong writing and formatting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, organize content, and coordinate with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all proposal and SOQ tasks, schedules, and production across teams.
• Draft and edit cover letters, summaries, resumes, and project descriptions for submittals.
• Support marketing campaigns, research clients/markets, and maintain content libraries.
