Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Proposal & Marketing Specialist to support North America West Region through compliant, persuasive submittals including proposals and SOQs.

The role manages proposal content, graphics, and calendars across multiple offices, including Oak Brook, IL, with remote or hybrid options. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in the AEC industry, strong MS Office and InDesign skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field with 4+ years in AEC industry, or equivalent.
• Progressive experience leading proposal teams and managing multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe InDesign; strong writing and formatting skills.
• Ability to craft marketing materials and client communications that reinforce brand.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal and SOQ preparation, scheduling, and production.
• Lead development and formatting of proposal content ensuring compliance and win themes.
• Maintain pursuit schedules and communicate status to teams.
• Archive and organize resumes, bios, project descriptions, and boilerplate text.
• Prepare client-facing materials and coordinate with technical teams.
