Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related discipline and at least four years of progressive professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe InDesign experience.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with exceptional planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of proposal and SOQ preparation.
• Draft content such as cover letters and project descriptions.
• Support coordination and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
