• Coordinate all aspects of proposal and SOQ preparation, including schedule tracking and team communications.
• Lead the development and formatting of proposal content to ensure compliance and alignment with client needs.
• Maintain pursuit schedules, provide status updates, and manage deadlines with technical and marketing teams.
• Assemble, organize, and archive proposal materials including resumes, bios, project descriptions, and boilerplate text.
• Support proposal kickoff and strategy meetings and prepare summaries after check-ins.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as presentations and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams to collect pursuit content and manage portals like SharePoint and PlanetBids.
• Ensure timely and accurate proposal submission for digital and print production.
