Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Specialist to join our team, with the option to work from Seattle, Bainbridge Island, Olympia, Bellingham, Colorado Springs, Greenwood Village or Lakewood offices.

You will coordinate proposals and SOQs, develop content, and support marketing campaigns for the North America West Region, collaborating with technical teams and managing portals and publication standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline with at least four years in AEC.
• Progressive experience leading proposal teams and managing deadlines.
• Strong writing, formatting, and editing skills; ability to craft compelling marketing materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; familiarity with SharePoint and cloud storage.
• Ability to coordinate large, multidisciplinary subconsultant teams and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of proposal and SOQ preparation, including schedules and team communications.
• Lead development and formatting of proposal content for clarity and win themes.
• Draft content for cover letters, executive summaries, and project descriptions.
• Support marketing campaigns and research to inform pursuit strategies.
• Collaborate across disciplines and offices; manage content libraries and portals.
