Layton Construction Company is seeking a talented Proposal Coordinator to help bring our projects to life through compelling proposals and marketing materials.

You will coordinate pursuits, format and edit content, manage graphics coordination, and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables, while supporting marketing initiatives and client research.

This role emphasizes strong writing, design sense, teamwork, and a curiosity for construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in proposal and presentation planning and coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive writing and presentation skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of pursuits: team coordination, formatting, proofreading, coordination with graphics and teaming partners, editing, quality reviews, compliance, brand adherence, and efficient and timely production.
• Contributes to content development for proposals and other collateral pieces under supervision.
• Supports action planning and progress tracking.
• Conducts research to identify best Layton qualifications and competitor information.
