Layton Construction is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to help develop compelling proposals and marketing materials for Layton's portfolio, services, and market needs. You will coordinate pursuits, manage content, and ensure brand consistency across deliverables.

The role emphasizes strong writing, design layout, and collaboration with BD partners, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–3 years of proposal/presentation planning and coordination experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive writing and presentation skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supports pursuit teams to advance positioning and deliver proposals that resonate with clients.
• Coordinate all aspects of pursuits: team coordination, messaging, formatting, proofreading, and production.
• Develop content for proposals and collateral under supervision.
• Maintain organized qualifications statements, project descriptions, and resumes.
