Layton Construction is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to craft compelling proposals and marketing materials. You will coordinate pursuit teams, ensure on-brand messaging, and polish complex content for diverse clients.

The role requires 1–3 years in proposal planning, strong writing and design skills, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint. Irvine, CA on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in proposal and presentation planning and coordination, page layout, and editing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with emphasis on persuasive writing and presentations.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supports pursuit teams to advance positioning and deliver proposals that resonate with clients, coordinating teams, messaging, formatting, proofreading, and brand adherence.
• Contributes to content development for proposals and collateral under supervision.
• Supports action planning and progress tracking for pursuits.
• Conducts research to identify Layton qualifications, project descriptions, resumes, and competitor information.
