Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a proactive Proposal Coordinator to help craft compelling proposals and marketing materials that showcase Layton’s capabilities. You’ll coordinate pursuits, edit copy, format documents, and collaborate with BD partners and design teams to meet deadlines.

You’ll use Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint to produce professional materials, and you’ll learn Layton’s industry language to tailor content for clients across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in proposal and presentation planning and coordination, layout, and editing.
• Excellent persuasive writing and presentation abilities.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pursuits, manage messaging, formatting, proofreading, and production.
• Create brochures and marketing materials supporting technical capabilities.
• Develop content for proposals and other collateral under supervision.
• Maintain brand standards and consistency across deliverables.
