Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support pursuit teams with content creation, formatting, and proofreading of proposals and marketing materials.

You will gather information from project resumes and qualifications, ensure brand consistency, and help deliver compelling documents on tight timelines. Collaboration with BD partners and graphics teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in proposal and presentation planning, coordination, layout, and editing.
• Excellent persuasive writing and presentation ability.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pursuits: team coordination, messaging, formatting, proofreading, and production.
• Develop content for proposals and collateral under supervision.
• Support action planning and progress tracking for pursuits.
• Research qualifications, resumes, and project descriptions to strengthen proposals.
