Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Proposal Manager to oversee the end-to-end development and submission of compliant, competitive proposals. You will collaborate with internal teams, corporate partners, and consultants, manage RFI/RFP processes, and drive color reviews, training, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, self-starter with strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of proposals across teams to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Ensure timely submissions that are fully compliant with solicitation instructions.
• Develop training materials for Business Development and other staff to improve proposal operations.
• Lead and analyze RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs and other bid documents.
• Develop the proposal schedule, outline, compliance matrix, and Proposal Development Plan.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team and Capture Manager on author assignments and win strategy integration.
• Provide guidance to authors on proposal content and lead color reviews for final delivery.
• Oversee kickoff meetings and daily status calls, and ensure activities align with the Development Plan.
• Coordinate production, binding, and packaging for final submission.
• Document lessons learned and implement actions to improve efficiency.
