Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead drafting of client pitches and RFP responses, organize collateral, and drive best practices firm-wide. You will partner with industry marketers, manage response libraries, and support the global marketing and business development teams.

The role is based in Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Phoenix, or West Palm Beach on a hybrid basis and reports to the Senior Pursuits Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; seven years of proposal writing/business development support preferred.
• Experience at a law firm or professional services firm strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI-enabled drafting tools.
