Job summary
Florida Blue seeks a Proposal Lead to guide the development of strategic content and automation tools for national and public sector proposals. You will oversee quality reviews, coach team members, and manage relationships with executives and subject matter experts to ensure timely, compliant responses across markets.
hybrid work arrangement is offered, with travel as needed to support group presentations and implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales organization with RFP/RFI response knowledge.
- Demonstrated writing skills and ability to manage knowledge bases.
- Experience delivering multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic content, information resources and automation for proposal development.
- Coordinate reviews and provide feedback to position the organization strategically.
- Coach and train Proposal team members and maintain SME relationships.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Engage internal and external partners during finalist presentations and implementation.
