Job summary

Information Technology Strategies, Inc seeks a Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of government IT bids, ensuring compliant, high-quality submissions with tight deadlines. You will supervise proposal teams, guide win strategies, and coordinate capture and content development across multiple opportunities.

Qualifications

• Eligible for U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET clearance.
• 5+ years of business development, proposal management, or sales experience in Federal Government IT contracting.
• 10+ years of overall business development experience in IT.
• Hands-on experience with Federal procurement strategies (T&M, FFP, performance-based) and contract vehicles (IDIQs).
• Experience with Federal agencies (e.g., DHS, DOD, DLA).
• Experience with Federal contracting process and analyzing government RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Owns the entire proposal lifecycle from capture through submission and close.
• Leads and directs proposal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality proposals.
• Develops win strategies and guides content development; coordinates bid activities.
• Provides proposal management and project oversight for new and existing initiatives.
• Identifies risks and allocates resources to meet deadlines and goals.
• Supports management meetings, reviews proposal documents, and pursues subcontracting opportunities.
• Manages opportunities in CRM and tracks progress with leadership.
